This appointment is for new clients. Includes a comprehensive assessment during which we will get to know each other and establish the framework for your personalized nutrition care plan. A complete assessment includes your medical and health history, eating patterns, cultural preferences, your relationship with food and your body, and any other relevant issues.

Follow Up Appointment

50 minutes

$150

Ongoing counseling sessions for existing clients. Each follow-up appointment will focus on working towards your nutrition goals and addressing any issues and challenges that may arise.
